House rules include being respectful of the neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 12:00 PM.

Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

Kindly make sure not to lose the access cards given to you, as per building policy, the loss of an access card will result in a AED 1000 fine per access card
